杰为科技于2014年正式运营，是一家专注于提供CMP平坦化抛光设备相关耗材零部件研发设计、加工制造、表面处理、检测组装、现场调试，以及相关工业软硬件系统开发的半导体耗材零部件制造及技术服务企业，是求是缘半导体联盟的首批会员单位。
杰为科技近年来致力于CMP抛光头及其耗材的研发与制造。自主研发生产的抛光头及耗材，应用在6寸、8寸、12寸不同尺寸的晶圆制造工艺。其中1至8分区系列产品皆已成熟量产，尤其是12寸先进工艺专用产品已量产超4年。截至目前CMP Polishing Head、Retainer Ring、Membrane等产品均已成功进入国内外领先的晶圆公司。
